Participants will learn about the following:
1. Least restrictive environment (LRE) which is one of the six principles of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA).
2. Different ways school systems are implementing a student’s LRE with the needed supplementary aids and services during the COVID-19 pandemic.
3. Different data collection & documentation methods to utilize during the special education process as well as how to document the supplementary aids and services a student is utilizing in their LRE.
